Mr. Shinwari, Thank you for responding my quesiton. i would you ask one more quesiton for converting P6 to PDF.  when P6 convert to PDF in print or save file as you gave me a direction, pdf shows only date schedule without bars. is this normal or not? if not, would you please teach me how to SAVE a  complete P6 including date scheudles and bars to PDF? i did input activities in classic WBS layout.  Thank you, Dong Kim
