The answer to best structural beam analysis software or program may not be that simple as the question is, because it depends on the level of expertise of the use and his skill with the program; also the choice may be different for different people based on the type of project they are working on. In some cases the cost or resources (cheapness of the software) might be the deciding factor.
But to me, SAP2000 is the better one, as I have been using it and it quite powerful, user friendly and full of many tools, e,g bridge designer wizard in SAP2000.
