This doubt is with respect to Primavera Ver 3.0. When I have a project with 30 buildings and the activities are pretty similar for all 30 buildings, I want the schedule to be done building wise, can I enter multiple activity / wbs codes for each activity or do I need to enter each activity 30 times?

Your question is not clear. I am unerstanding your question as "YOU WANT TO SCHEDULE ACTIVTIES OF 30 BUILDINGS". you can do it in one single project using/differentiating by WBS and activity codes etc and you can do it in separate projects, the later being cumber some
