In SAP2000 how do you model the rotational spring? What data do you need to model it?

I'm the final student and stuck in my project. I want to put the rotational spring under the wall,when you apply the ground motion so the wall will become rocking, but i don't know how to model it with SAP2000 as i'm new to SAP2000 and what kind of data I need to model it.
