how can we calculate the strength of 1:4 cement sand mortar after time period of 3 months?

you can take a core from the concrete casted 3 months ago and take it to the lab..they will test it for you

or you can do the loading test...if the structure is designed to carry any load..put an equivalent load on that structure and check the behavior of it

the core test is easier..keep the loading test as your last option cause if it fails it leads to demolition

You may make a core from the particular concrete casted 3 weeks ago and take this to the lab.. they are going to test it for a person or you can the actual loading test... if the particular structure is designed in order to carry any load.. place an equivalent load upon that structure and examine the behavior of it, the particular core test is simpler.. keep the loading check as your last choice cause if it does not work out it causes demolition slope
